Gas Transport's standard forms are posted as PDF files.

Ameren Access Agreement: Customers and brokers need to sign an access agreement and then fax it to the number on the bottom of the form to gain access to the Gas Transport System. Once the signed form is received, a user ID and a password will be assigned.

NEW 09/23/08 - AmerenCILCO Natural Gas Group Balancing Agreements: Marketers use this form to gain approval to become a Group Manager to aggregate accounts for the sole purpose of service under Rider G of AmerenCILCO tariff.

AmerenUE Natural Gas Group Balancing Agreement: Marketers use this form to gain approval to become a Group Manager to aggregate accounts for the sole purpose of service under the AmerenUE transportation tariff.

Broker Authorization Form: Customers need to complete the broker authorization form and fax it to the number on the bottom of the form to give their marketers the authority to nominate on their behalf and to access their account information on the Gas Transport System.

Gas Transport Nomination Form - Broker: Customers or marketers use this form when they do not have access to the Gas Transport System and need to get the nomination submitted in a timely manner.

Release of Utility Historical Information: Customers use this form to give Ameren permission to release historical information to a marketer.
