Created in May 2000, AmerenEnergy Resources (AER) is an integrated energy commodity company for non-rate-regulated generation, development and marketing companies, including Ameren Energy Marketing and AmerenEnergy Generating. AER is focused on providing energy solutions to the Midwest market.
AER also includes a business services group, which provides back office, controller, pricing and analysis, and selected information technology services for the AER companies.
